This project represents one of our most comprehensive survival infrastructures, designed for a massive 10-hectare estate 50 km outside Abu Dhabi. The facility was engineered to provide a sovereign sanctuary for a large family and their staff, ensuring absolute survival capabilities in total isolation from national infrastructure.

The estate, featuring a 1,400 m² main residence and multiple guest villas, required a defense solution capable of mid-to-long-term resilience against high-intensity regional threats.

Operational Requirements:

  • Total Protected Occupants: 14 Persons (Family, Guests, and Staff).

  • Threat Protection: Missile strikes, drone swarms, chemical warfare, and total grid collapse.

  • Required Autonomy: 60 Days (Full life-support independence).

The bunker is organized into high-functionality modules to manage long-term confinement and medical emergencies.

  • Living & Command Area (50 m²): Featuring modular quarters and a central satellite communication terminal.

  • Dedicated Medical Room (8 m²): Equipped with trauma kits, emergency surgical equipment, and oxygen cylinders.

  • Technical Life-Support Hub (12 m²): Centralized management of air, water, and energy systems.

04. Life Support & Autonomy Systems

Air & Pressurization:

Triple NBC military-grade filtration (210 m³/hour) with a positive pressure system to hermetically seal the environment against outside contaminants.

Water & Food Reserves:

  • Water: 6,000-liter capacity with advanced greywater recycling and purification.

  • Food: 1.3 tons of climate-controlled rations (MREs and freeze-dried meals), totaling over 2 million kcal.

Energy Resilience:

  • Primary: 18 kW Diesel Generator with a 1,200L fuel reserve (65 days continuous operation).

  • Secondary: High-density lithium battery bank for 72 hours of silent stealth mode.
